At Caviar Chauffeur Services, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience and fair policies for cancellations, changes, and refunds. Please read the following terms carefully before booking your service.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a 4% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
- More than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund unless otherwise stated in the booking terms.
2. Changes to Reservation
- You may modify your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Any changes requested within the 24-hour window may be subject to additional charges based on availability and service adjustments.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation or request approval.
- All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
4. Force Majeure
In the event of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable circumstances preventing the service from being provided, customers will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule the service at no extra cost.
5. Non-Refundable Bookings
Some promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable. These terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
